「大公館」行政總廚陳偉庭師傅入行自今一直醉心鑽研中菜。他於2019年修畢由香港中華廚藝學院主辦的「大師級中廚師課程」,是新一代大師級中廚。他更熱衷於參與亞洲區內的公開廚藝比賽,與業內頂尖大廚們作深入交流;他更曾勇奪多項獎項,如「中餐烹飪世界錦標賽」及「李錦記青年廚師中餐國際大賽」等。
於2021年,陳偉庭師傅更率領「大公館」的廚藝團隊出賽年度餐飲界盛事「香港國際美食大獎2021」,並於比賽中脫穎而出,一連奪得「中式熱盤金獎」及「創意前菜金獎」的殊榮,盡顯他對烹調美食的熱衷及天賦。

Greater China Club Executive Chef Chan Wai-Teng is one of Hong Kong’s most accomplished Master Chefs in Chinese cuisine.  In 2019 graduated as Master Chef at the prestigious Chinese Culinary Institute. Having excelled in competitions including the Chinese Cuisine World Championships and Lee Kum Kee International Young Chef Chinese Culinary Challenge, he led Greater China Club’s team in the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2021 (HKICC), one of the largest culinary competitions in Asia, scooping gold in Chinese Hot Main Course category and silver for Chinese Creative Appetisers.  

Prior to joining Greater China Club, he helmed the Banquet Department at the renowned Michelin three-star ‘The 8 Restaurant’ in Macau.
